Norman has an outstanding felony warrant issued out of Taylor County for Robbery and a misdemeanor warrant for Driving While Intoxicated w\/Open Container. The Nolan County Sheriff\u2019s Office needs your help to bring Norman to justice. He is a 20 year-old Black male, 5\u201910\u201d, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
