A roadside investigation was conducted which subsequently lead to the discovery of a small plastic zip baggie containing suspected methamphetamine.<\/p>\n<p>Trevino and Owens were placed under arrest and transported to the Nolan County jail where they were charged with the felony offense of possession of methamphetamine. Brandi Owens was charged with an additional felony offense of prohibited substance in correctional facility.
