Royal has an outstanding felony warrant issued out of Nolan County for Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, as well as additional out-of-county felony warrants. The Nolan County Sheriff\u2019s Office needs your help to bring Royal to justice. He is a 23 year-old black male, 5\u201911\u201d, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Royal will most likely be accompanied by his girlfriend, Christina Batten, a 18 year-old white female, 5\u20196\u201d, 135 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes.
