II<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On\nTuesday, January 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, 2019 several Nolan County, District and State\nlaw enforcement officers continued arrests on seven more suspected Sweetwater area\ndrug dealers.&nbsp; The warrants and arrests were\nthe result of a joint operation involving Nolan County Sheriff\u2019s Office \u2013\nCriminal Investigation Division, Texas Department of Public Safety \u2013 Criminal\nInvestigations Division (Abilene) and investigators with the 32<sup>nd<\/sup>\nJudicial District Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nlatest arrests were defendants that have participated in Engaging in Organized\nCriminal Activity and Manufacture\/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in\nparticular methamphetamine and heroin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInvestigators\nhave seized over 1,000 grams of methamphetamine and 12 grams of heroin so far\nvalued with an estimated street value of at least $62,000.\u201d said Warren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According\nto Warren, \u201cOther arrests have been made, as a part of this ongoing operation,\nbeginning in late September of last year.&nbsp;\nA total of thirteen (13) people have now been arrested in this series.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those\narrested are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Zachary\nDewayne MCDONALD<\/strong>, age 32, white male, arrested on September 19, 2018 at 100\nNorthwest Georgia in Sweetwater. &nbsp;McDonald\nis charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sergio\nSALINAS<\/strong>,\nage 26, white male, arrested on November 29, 2018 at the 255-mile post on\nInterstate 20 in Sweetwater. &nbsp;Salinas is\ncharged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Jose\nAlberto SALINAS<\/strong>, age 20, white male, arrested on November 29, 2018 at the\n255-mile post on Interstate 20 in Sweetwater. &nbsp;Salinas is charged with Manufacture and\nDelivery of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) \u2013 Penalty Group 1, over\n200 grams, less than 400 grams, 1st Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Matthew\nLee MCQUEEN II<\/strong>,\nage 27, white male, arrested on January 8, 2019 at 307 East Arkansas Avenue in\nSweetwater. &nbsp;McQueen is charged with\nEngaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sierra\nCheyann JONES<\/strong>,\nage 24, white female, arrested on January 10, 2019 at 307 East Arkansas Avenue\nin Sweetwater. &nbsp;Jones is charged with\nEngaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mark\nRandall MURRY<\/strong>,\nage 55, white male, arrested on January 10, 2019 at 701 Southwest Georgia in\nSweetwater. &nbsp;Murry is charged with\nEngaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Outstanding warrants that were served on\nTuesday, January 22, 2019<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Curtis Mathis MAHULA III<\/strong>, age 43, white male, arrested on January 22, 2019 at 710 West Oklahoma in Sweetwater. \u00a0Mahula is charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Katie Louise MCQUEEN<\/strong>, age 29, white female, arrested on January 22, 2019 at 1505 Robert Lee Street in Sweetwater. \u00a0McQueen is charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lizette Ann ACOSTA<\/strong>, age 33, white female, arrested on January 22, 2019 at 711 West 6<sup>th<\/sup> Street in Sweetwater. \u00a0Acosta is charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Shawn Lucas GARZA<\/strong>, age 27, white male, arrested on January 22, 2019 at 900 Lubbock Street in Sweetwater. \u00a0Garza is charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>James Allen PARKER<\/strong>, age 48, white male, arrested on January 22, 2019 at 100 Bradford Lane in Sweetwater.\u00a0 Parker is charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity \u2013 1st Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Also\narrested during the roundup on Tuesday were:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Dusty\nDakota SUTTON<\/strong>,\nage 22, white male, arrested on January 22, 2019 at 605 West Arkansas in\nSweetwater. &nbsp;Sutton is charged with\nManufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) \u2013 Penalty\nGroup 1, over 1 gram, less than 4 grams, 2nd Degree Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Benito\nDELACRUZ III<\/strong>,\nage 17, white male, arrested on January 22, 2019 at 605 West Arkansas in\nSweetwater. &nbsp;Delacruz is charged with\nPossession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) \u2013 Penalty Group 1, less\nthan 1 gram, State Jail Felony.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Those\ncharged with 1<sup>st<\/sup> Degree Felony offenses could potentially face a\npenalty of 5 \u2013 99 years in prison or life &#8211; and up to a $10,000.00 fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional arrests are forthcoming.&nbsp; All defendants are presumed innocent until\nproven guilty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheriff\nWarren emphasized, \u201cI once again appreciate the help from local citizens that supplied\na portion of the information on these drug dealers, but certainly the close\nworking relationship between our office and the Texas Department of Public\nSafety \u2013 CID Abilene Division, along with the local 32<sup>nd<\/sup> Judicial\nDistrict Attorney\u2019s Office,
