Jones, who had been avoiding detection by law enforcement for several weeks, was located in a parked vehicle at the car wash on Hailey Street. When the deputy approached the vehicle to speak with Jones, he jumped from the vehicle and fled the area on foot across Hailey Street, where he attempted to elude the pursuing deputy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputies set up a perimeter, surrounding Jones, and quickly located him in an alley between 13<sup>th<\/sup> and 14<sup>th<\/sup> Street in the 1000 block.
