On Tuesday, January 9, 2018, a Nolan County deputy responded to a report of Criminal Mischief located at the end of Bitter Creek Road. It was reported that sometime between Monday, January 8, 2018 at 8:00 P.M. and Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 7:30 A.M., an unknown person drove a vehicle into a heavy steel pipe bump gate, damaging it beyond repair. The gate is valued at approximately $1,000.00.
