Johnson graduates from the WCTCOG Law Enforcement Academy; Class #92

IMG_3548Congratulations to the West Central Texas Council of Governments (WCTCOG) Law Enforcement Academy Graduating Class #92. Today, Monday, August 17, 2015, members of the Nolan County Sheriff’s Office were in attendance to support Brandon Johnson as he graduated.

Johnson (center), pictured with Sheriff David Warren (r) and Chief Deputy David McDonald, is a current employee assigned to the jail section as a county jailer, has expressed his interest in becoming a deputy in the patrol section. After successfully completing seven long months of intensive training at the WCTCOG training facility that consists of lecture halls, tactical training rooms, mock street scenes and much more, he and the rest of his classmates have earned the title of Texas Peace Officer.

Mr. Johnson, we are incredibly proud of your accomplishment; as you graduate, a new world awaits, where you will be tested and challenged with the reward of making a difference. Congratulations on your graduation and best wishes in your law enforcement career!
