The Nolan County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for Lowell Williams Jr., a fugitive who has been hiding to avoid detection by law enforcement. The 54 year-old is wanted in Nolan County for an outstanding warrant, issued out of the 1st Multicounty Court at Law, for Terroristic Threat of Family/Household. The warrant was issued in May 2014, and so far, Williams has evaded capture. The Nolan County Sheriff’s Office needs your help to bring him to justice. Williams is a black male, 54 years-old, 6’2″, 260 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Williams last reported to be living in Sheldon Iowa, but is believed to be at #13 Coral Cove, Sweetwater.
