  1. Investigators with the 32nd District Attorney’s Office, the Nolan County Sheriff’s Office and Roscoe Police Department actively pursed and apprehended Mendez on Wednesday, January 14, 2015. Also arrested was Kacee Lynn Davis of Sweetwater, who was charged with the offense of Hindering Apprehension.
