Joshua James Raney, a repeat offender who has compiled several arrests in Nolan County, is now wanted on outstanding warrant #11798 that was issued out of the 32nd Judicial District Court on February 19, 2015, for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Raney has reported to be unemployed, and was last known to be living at 311 Patterson in Sweetwater; Raney is known to use a bicycle for transportation.
